Homewood Suites is offering a special rate of $139 per night for TraXX 2020 attendees wishing to stay overnight at the venue. This rate is for King-sized studios and Queen-sized suites. You must reserve your room by April 13, 2020 to qualify for the special rate. Please reference “TRAXX LLC 2020” as the Group Name and “XXX” as the Group Code when reserving your room to receive the special rate.

Transportation

A free airport shuttle is available for transportation to and from the venue. The A-Line Light Rail 40th Ave & Airport Blvd – Gateway Park Station is less than one mile from the hotel (about a 20 minute walk).

Homewood Suites guest rooms are fantastic gamer’s quarters. We have a block of one-bedroom suites, with either a king-sized bed or two queen-sized beds, a separate living area and they feature a full kitchen! Click here to see the details of the suites.

Food and Beverage

Homewood Suites offers a free breakfast every morning for hotel guests, and if you are staying Wednesday or Thursday evening, the hotel offers a complimentary evening social with dinner, beer and wine.

The venue does not have a restaurant, but there are many restaurants – from fast-food to full-service – within easy walking distance. The hotel does allow attendees to bring outside food into the meeting rooms (just be careful not to spill on the games of course!). The hotel does not allow alcoholic beverages in the meeting rooms.
