Please follow all convention policies, hotel rules, and staff directions. Remember to eat, sleep, and shower. Make some new friends. Play a lot of games. Respect everyone’s physical, social boundaries, and the personal property of the hosts, attendees, and the hotel.

Harassment or unwelcome conduct, whether verbal, physical, visual, or in any other form, is strictly prohibited. TraXX’s anti-harassment policy applies to all persons involved in the operation or attendance of the convention. TraXX will not tolerate harassment of anyone by anyone, including hosts, participants, or hotel staff.
